Why Are Autism Rates Rising? Insights from Recent Research

A new article on US private insurance data from 2011-22 explores a pressing question: why are autism rates continuing to rise? While better awareness, improved diagnostics, and expanded criteria for #autism spectrum disorder (#ASD) contribute to the increased numbers, the article highlights the need for more research into environmental and genetic factors that may also be playing a role.

This growing prevalence calls for:
